
Outpatient Psychotherapy
Children, adolescents, adults, and familiesOutpatient psychotherapy provides scheduled individual and family sessions focused on emotional wellness, behavior, relationships, and daily functioning. Care may include assessment, collaborative treatment planning, evidence-informed interventions, coping and communication skills, caregiver participation when appropriate, and coordination with authorized supports. Sessions may be offered in person or by telehealth when clinically appropriate.
Service may include:
- Anxiety, depression, grief, and stress
- Trauma-related symptoms and adjustment difficulties
- ADHD-related concerns and emotional regulation
- Behavioral, school, and family challenges
- Relationship concerns and communication difficulties
- Self-esteem, coping skills, and major life transitions
